Road to recovery & Need for change

From 3 October until 7 October 2022, Conestoga College, the unique Canadian member of the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse, organized the yearly Hospitality Seminar.

25 participants from 8 different Institutions had the chance to finally gather after the pandemic. Altogether, they have shared their best practices in Hospitality Education and discussed about the real challenges of our professions. Accordingly, shaping together the future of our Industry and understanding the key changes were the guideline of these 5 days, to better serve the students. Furthermore, the participants had the chance to attend meetings with experts, students and professionals as well as discovering the Canadian culture, especially the luxuriant region of Ontario.
