Davy Tissot Bocuse d'or

ALLiance by Institut Paul Bocuse in the spotlight

On Sunday 26 and 27 September, the final of the Bocuse d’Or 2021 was held during the Sirha in Lyon. Organised over two days, the Bocuse d’Or 2021 final brought together 21 countries for 5 hours and 35 minutes of competition around two events. The program included a platter with the theme of beef chuck and a take-away menu with tomato-cherry. This world-famous chef championship,  created by Paul Bocuse himself in 1987, has this year put more than just the honor on the ALLiance by Institut Paul Bocuse.

Indeed, France climbed to the top of the podium with its candidate Davy Tissot, Chef at the Institut Paul Bocuse and his team. France had not won the trophy since 2013.
