The second Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse member in France
Indeed, EPMT is joining the Alliance by Insitut Paul Bocuse and it is the first French school to join the network after Institut Paul Bocuse. We are proud to count 23 members in May 2022 and very happy to welcome another defender of the French know-how. As we say in French, Bienvenue!
EPMT – a Parisian school for everyone
L’École de Paris des Métiers de la Table opened in 1978. More than 60 trainers advise and prepare nearly 1300 apprentices each year, around 30 diplomas. Open to all, they offer paid training courses financed by an apprenticeship contract, from the CAP to the Master’s degree, in 5 different sectors of activity: Hospitality – Catering – Pastry-making – Chocolate-making – Bakery. With its 1,000 partners, EPMT offers its students opportunities for placement in companies, under apprenticeship or professionalization contracts.
