My experience at Institut Paul Bocuse was very fruitful.

The program not only broadened my knowledge in the culinary world, but it was also an amazing opportunity to meet other people and exchange cultures and traditions. The tips and techniques I learned at the Institut were helpful and made my work in the kitchen a lot easier.

My advice to the next promotion would be to benefit from each and every moment you spend there because these are some of the days you will never forget in your life!
