I was honoured to participate in the 10th edition of the Alliance Culinary Seminar in Kuala Lumpur, in September 2018. It was a great experience and an opportunity to expand my horizons while meeting new friends and industry partners globally. I received a deeper insight to Malaysian heritage and cuisine, and had a great exchange of culinary trends, cooking techniques and knowledge with fellow participants. This interesting cross exposure with different cultures, histories, and languages of other participating countries, which I am excited to continue to explore and experience, has given me the motivation to continuously upgrade myself, both personally and professionally

Honestly, I couldn’t believe that three months was over in a blink of an eye. It was a happening three months where I made some really good friends, and even learned new skills. I appreciate the people who have supported me, and not forgetting my school, ITE, which arranged this wonderful experience. Lastly, I want to thank you IPB for the constant encouragement and care
