A new chapter in experiential learning has begun at Institut Lyfe with the opening of Pavyllon Lyon, located on Place Bellecour in the heart of Lyon.

Created by Institut Lyfe in partnership with Chef Yannick Alléno, one of the world’s most Michelin-starred chefs, Pavyllon Lyon is the world’s first Pavyllon training restaurant.

Open to the public, Pavyllon Lyon offers students the opportunity to train in real service conditions alongside experienced professionals, developing their skills across culinary arts, pastry, service and hospitality management.

For the ALLiance Network, it is a strong example of experiential learning in action. Students from ALLiance member institutions who come to study at Institut Lyfe may also benefit from this unique professional environment and gain first-hand experience of contemporary French hospitality.

Built around an open kitchen and Pavyllon’s signature counter-style dining concept, the restaurant brings together education, innovation and professional immersion!
