The representatives of the Alliance Executive Committee met on January 11 for the first time of the year. The purpose of the meeting was to draft the new strategy of the network as well as elect the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the committee.
Congratulations to Keith Muller, Chair School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at Conestoga College, and congratulations to Risto Karmavuo, Degree Director – Head of Haaga Hospitality Campus at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. They respectively become the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Alliance Executive Committee for 2021.
The Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse is structured around three committees. Each committee covers a scope of missions and encourages the development and spreading of the network around the globe. Specifically, the Executive Committee is responsible for policies and procedures, educational objectives, as well as development and operation of the Alliance.
