Inspired by its 2 iconic and visionary co founders, Paul Bocuse, “Chef of the Century” and Gérard Pélisson, Co-founder of Accor Group, epitome of entrepreneurial success, Institut Lyfe, formerly Institut Paul Bocuse, welcomes more than 1,200 students, from 72 nationalities driven by operational excellence, high level managerial competencies  to prepare them to the best careers around the world and turn them into responsible, agile, creative and innovative managers and entrepreneurs.

For more than 30 years, we have been passing on the French know-how and hospitality at the highest standards of excellence to young generations from across the globe with altruism, courage, creativity and entrepreneurship as our guiding principles.

Our intensive programs and needs-based specializations respond to the demands of today’s industry while identifying futures needs. Tomorrow’s leaders will have to be equipped with the most advanced management competencies but culinary, food service and hospitality education will also have to focus on developing creativity, innovation and soft skills. We prepare our students to design, develop and execute the new concepts and lifestyle brands that define today’s increasingly three-dimensional offer.
